1. Terms & Conditions of Service

1.1 Welcome to BUY SHARE EARN

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of BUY SHARE EARN (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "Company", "We", "Us"). By accessing our storefront, registering an account, purchasing products, or participating in the affiliate distribution network, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Free Registration & Account Eligibility

• Registration on BUY SHARE EARN is 100% Free. No fee or investment is required to join or maintain an account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and transaction passwords.

1.3 Customer & Affiliate Relationship

• Retail Customer: Any individual who purchases products for personal or household consumption. Customers enjoy transparent pricing, free delivery on orders over ₹500, and standard consumer protections.
• Affiliate Partner: An independent sales partner who voluntarily refers retail shoppers to BUY SHARE EARN. Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of the company.
• No Joining Commission: Commissions are generated exclusively from actual product sales delivered to verified customers. No commission is ever paid for merely registering or recruiting an individual.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Information Technology Act, 2000 & SPDI Rules Compliant

2.1 Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to deliver products, process payments, and calculate affiliate commissions, including:

• Full Name, Delivery Address, Pincode, Email Address, and Verified Mobile Number.
• Bank Account and UPI Details (voluntarily submitted by Affiliates for processing withdrawal payouts).
• Order transaction history, delivery logs, and affiliate network tree relationships.

2.2 Use of Personal Data

Your data is never sold, rented, or traded to third-party marketing companies. Personal data is strictly used for order dispatch, shipment tracking, regulatory compliance (TDS reporting), and secure wallet payouts.

2.3 Security Measures

All passwords, transaction codes, and sensitive bank identifiers are protected via industry-standard encryption protocols and parameterized SQL queries to prevent unauthorized access or data leakage.

3. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by visiting My Orders or contacting customer support. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the 7-day return policy applies upon delivery.

3.2 7-Day Easy Return & Replacement

• Customers may request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery if an item is received damaged, defective, expired, or significantly different from description.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals and tags intact. Consumable items (e.g. opened food containers) are non-returnable once opened for hygiene and health reasons.

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/NetBanking) within 5–7 working days, or credited to your store shopping wallet immediately upon inspection.

4. Direct Selling & Consumer Protection Compliance

4.1 Genuine E-Commerce Platform

BUY SHARE EARN operates a genuine product-driven e-commerce platform supplying daily consumables (Personal Care, Home Essentials, Cleaning, Oral Hygiene, and Pure Honey). We strictly prohibit and denounce:

• No Money Circulation or Ponzi Schemes: We do not operate any investment scheme, binary doubling plan, or money rotation activity.
• No Forced Purchases or Inventory Loading: Affiliates are never coerced to purchase inventory in bulk. Products should be ordered strictly based on genuine customer demand.
• Equal Opportunity: Every registered member has the identical right to buy daily essentials at competitive prices with transparent 4-tier commission benefits.

4.2 Transparent 4-Tier Commission Plan

• Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 5.00%
• Level 2 (Tier 2 Referrals): 3.00%
• Level 3 (Tier 3 Referrals): 1.00%
• Level 4 (Tier 4 Referrals): 0.25%

Commissions are credited using our dual-wallet model: 20% Shopping Wallet (for personal store savings) and 80% Withdrawable Wallet (transferred directly to bank account upon request with standard 20% platform service fee and statutory TDS).
