2.3 Account Security & Accuracy

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery details (Name, Address, Mobile Number, and Email).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, login password, and transaction credentials.
• All actions and transactions conducted under your account are presumed to have been authorized by you.

All product descriptions, specifications, weights, and packaging are displayed accurately to the best of our knowledge.

3.2 Pricing & Currency

• All prices on the platform are stated in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. However, orders already placed and confirmed will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

3.3 Order Acceptance & Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation message or email displaying your unique Order Number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to product unavailability, stock discrepancies, or technical payment errors.

4. Affiliate Program & Referral Compensation

4.1 Independent Sales Partner Status

Users who choose to participate in our affiliate program do so as voluntary, independent direct referral partners. Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, legal agents, franchise partners, or joint venturers of BUY SHARE EARN DIRECT PRIVATE LIMITED.

4.2 Transparent, Product-Sale Based Commissions

Our approved 4-Tier direct referral incentive model operates as follows:

• Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 5.00% commission on qualifying product purchase base.
• Level 2 (Tier 2 Referrals): 3.00% commission on qualifying product purchase base.
• Level 3 (Tier 3 Referrals): 1.00% commission on qualifying product purchase base.
• Level 4 (Tier 4 Referrals): 0.25% commission on qualifying product purchase base.

4.3 Dual-Wallet System & Payout Terms

• 20% Shopping Wallet: Automatically allocated to your store shopping wallet to provide instant savings on your next household purchase.
• 80% Withdrawable Wallet: Transferred directly to your verified Indian bank account upon payout request, subject to mandatory KYC verification, platform maintenance deductions (20%), and statutory TDS as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

Users and Affiliates must strictly adhere to honest business practices. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Misleading Income Claims: Making false promises of guaranteed riches, passive wealth, or monthly fixed returns.
• Inventory Hoarding: Purchasing excessive stock beyond reasonable personal consumption or bona fide retail demand.
• Cross-Sponsoring & Poaching: Enticing active affiliates to register under alternate sponsors or using fake accounts.
• Brand Misrepresentation: Creating unauthorized websites, social media profiles, or advertisements using the trademarks or logos of BUY SHARE EARN without prior written consent.
• System Tampering: Attempting to compromise website code, databases, referral tracking algorithms, or order management systems.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All content, website design, text, product graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, and software code on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of BUY SHARE EARN DIRECT PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors, protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUY SHARE EARN DIRECT PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Temporary server outages, interruptions, or technical errors on the Platform.
• Courier transit delays arising from natural disasters, strikes, bad weather, or local administrative restrictions.
• Any unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, products purchased, or affiliate earnings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
