1. Delivery Coverage & Service Areas

BUY SHARE EARN DIRECT PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "We", "Us") operates an extensive logistics distribution network delivering authentic household groceries and personal care essentials directly to consumer doorsteps across India.

• Local Express Delivery (Jammu & Kashmir): Fast local dispatch covering Jammu city, Gandhi Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Talab Tillo, Channi Himmat, and adjoining pin codes.
• Pan-India Shipping: Serving all major states and union territories across India through our certified national logistics partners.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

* Exact delivery charges (if applicable) are explicitly displayed on the checkout page prior to final payment confirmation. No hidden charges are ever levied.

3. Order Processing & Estimated Transit Timelines

3.1 Warehouse Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and packed on the same business day.
• All orders are dispatched from our central dispatch facility within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and statutory gazetted holidays).

3.2 Estimated Transit Timelines

Please note: Deliveries to remote or hill areas, or instances of adverse weather, public holidays, or unforeseen transit blockades, may incur slight unavoidable delays.

4. Packaging Quality & Tamper-Proof Standards

We understand the importance of receiving household liquids, detergents, shampoos, and honey bottles in pristine condition. Every order is packed using high-density corrugated boxes, cushioning materials, and sealed with tamper-evident security tape.

5. Live Tracking & Delivery Notifications

As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated SMS and Email notification containing your Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number and direct tracking URL. You can also view live status updates directly within the My Orders section of your BUY SHARE EARN account.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts & Address Verification

• Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts to reach you at your specified delivery address.
• Courier delivery executives will attempt to contact you on your registered mobile number prior to final delivery.
• If the customer remains unreachable after 3 attempts or has provided an incomplete address/pincode, the parcel will be marked "Return to Origin" (RTO) and returned to our warehouse.
• For prepaid orders returned due to non-availability, our customer support desk will contact you to arrange re-dispatch or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.
