1. Overview & Customer Satisfaction

At BUY SHARE EARN DIRECT PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "We", "Us"), we strive to deliver top-quality daily essentials right to your doorstep. We recognize that occasionally an order may need to be cancelled, or an item may need replacement or return.

Our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy is designed to be completely fair, straightforward, and compliant with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You may cancel any order free of charge at any time before the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• To cancel, simply log in to your account, navigate to My Orders, and click "Cancel Order", or contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID.
• For prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch, a 100% full refund will be initiated immediately.

2.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been packed, handed over to our courier partner, and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled while in transit.
• If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery when the courier executive attempts delivery. Once the unopened parcel returns to our warehouse, a refund will be processed in accordance with our return guidelines.

3. 7-Day Easy Return & Replacement Guarantee

3.1 Eligible Grounds for Return / Replacement

• Damaged in Transit: Product packaging or container was cracked, leaking, or damaged during courier shipping.
• Manufacturing Defect: Product does not match specified quality standards.
• Incorrect Item: The product delivered differs from the product shown on your invoice.
• Expired Product: Product delivered is past its manufacturing expiry date.
• Missing Contents: Sealed combo pack is missing one or more specified items.

3.2 Return Eligibility Conditions

• The product must be unused, unadulterated, and in the same condition as received.
• Items must be returned in their original brand packaging with all labels, barcodes, seals, and user manuals intact.
• The original tax invoice must accompany the return parcel.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and consumer safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• Personal hygiene consumables (soaps, toothbrushes, opened toothpaste tubes, hair oil, shampoos) where the factory safety seal has been broken.
• Food items and consumables (honey jars, green tea, health spices) once the airtight inner seal is unsealed.
